Days of arrival and departure can be changed on payment of an extra charge of 100 EUR/day and costs of electricity, fuel, gas

Payment: 500 EUR at reservation, balance 5 weeks before the arrival date

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 40 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the rental price (without charges) if they cancel in the 40 days before arrival.
